Mark Thomas Sophocles
focuses his practice on real estate, toxic tort, NASD
arbitration and securities litigation. He has
represented clients both locally in Pennsylvania and
nationally in liability claims arising from exposure to
mold, lead, asbestos, benzene, formaldehyde, epoxies and
industrial chemicals/solvents.
Mr. Sophocles presently serves a multitude of diverse
clients in litigation and individual lawsuits pending in
Pennsylvania state court. Prior to commencing his own
law practice in the Philadelphia area, Mr. Sophocles has
worked on major environmental law cases involving
million dollar clean-up throughout the United States.
